The Winsome Café

The Lismore Soup Kitchen serves hot lunches and deserts (with sandwiches to take away) at the Winsome Café, 7 days a week. They also serve hot and cold drinks several mornings a week.

The Transit Centre (corner of Molesworth and Magellan Streets), Lismore

Five Loaves provides hot meals, baked goods and fresh fruit and vegetables to the public.

NRCG provides first step emergency relief. If you are living on a low income, they can provide support with food packages and vouchers for supermarket groceries, chemist prescriptions, nil interest loans and many other basic living expenses.

The Salvation Army

The Salvation Army provides emergency relief to those in need. To request this help, call the Salvos Connect Line on (02) 8775 7988 to be assessed.

The Salvos Connect Line operates Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.

If you have not received any of the two Salvation Army Flood Recovery grants of between $500 - $1000, then you can apply for the Flood Recovery grants on their website.
