Make a secure online payment using Council's convenient SecurePay payment system.

Pay with SecurePay

BPAY
Pay through your online banking website or app using BPAY.
You will need the biller code and your customer account number, which are shown on the front of your rates and/or water notice.


Direct Debit
Set up automated payments from your nominated bank account for an easy and convenient way to pay your rates.

eNotices
Pay online through eNotices using Mastercard, Visa or direct debit.


Post Billpay
Pay online at Post Billpay using your Mastercard or Visa.

Centrepay
If you receive Centrelink payments, you can arrange to pay your rates and/or water account through.

Pay by cheque, EFTPOS, Mastercard or Visa at the following locations:

Lismore City Council
Pay at Council's Corporate Centre, 43 Oliver Avenue, Goonellabah.

Cashier hours: 8:30am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Australia Post
Pay at any Australian Post. Payments must be between $20 and $10,000.

Commonwealth Bank
Pay at any Commonwealth Bank Branch. A deposit slip it required.

Lismore City Council
Call Council on 02 6625 0500 to make a payment over the phone.

Payment hours: 8:30am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Post Billpay

Pay at any Australian Post. Payments must be between $20 and $10,000.
