  • Unsupervised use of cardiovascular equipment

14 to 15 years

  • Parent/guardian signature on membership contract required
  • Pre-exercise screen questionnaire and parent/guardian signature required
  • Non-weights based group fitness classes
  • Supervised resistance training with pre-exercise screen assessment and initial program
  • Unsupervised use of cardiovascular equipment
  • Unsupervised participation in Fit Boxing, RPM, Metafit, Yoga, Yogalates, Body Balance, Aqua, Swimfit

12 to 13 years

  • Parent/guardian must sign questionnaire
  • Pre-exercise screen questionnaire required
  • Supervised non-weights based group fitness classes
  • Supervised resistance training with pre-exercise screen assessment and initial program
  • No unsupervised use of cardiovascular equipment
  • Supervised participation in RPM, Metafit, Fit Boxing, Yoga, Yogalates, Body Balance, Aqua, Swimfit
