This offering is a meeting place between ancient wisdom and modern science with Yirrganydji and Wulgurukaba woman Emma Ceolin, where the Indigenous teaching of Dadirri (deep listening) meets the gentle, replenishing rhythms of restorative yoga and the evolving field of nervous system-informed psychology and embodied regulation.
Through grounding postures, breathwork, and mindful rest, you’ll be invited to soften the edges, settle the stress response, and come home to your body. This is a spacious, inclusive practice—open to all bodies, all stories, and all ways of moving. Kids activities also on offer.
This workshop series is part of the QUAD: Fundamentals program. A year long initiative of Indigenous led and run workshops, funded by the Foundation for Rural & Regional Renewal (FRRR) and Southern Cross University.
