Poll Question for Local Govt Election

The Mayor of Lismore, Merv King, today launched the Yes/No Case for the Poll Question being put forward in conjunction with the 2008 Local Government Election.

The Yes/No Case has been prepared and posted on Council's website, along with a link to the Australian Local Government Association web site which has detailed information on the proposed inclusion of Local Government in the Constitution.

Small Business 2008 Breakfast Seminar

Lismore City Council's Economic Development Unit and the NSW Department of State and Regional Development are bringing Australia's top expert on retail marketing, Linda Hailey, to Lismore as part of Small Business September.
