The Lismore Recycling & Recovery Centre will be affected by road works and temporary changes to operating hours from Monday, 9 February through to late March 2026, weather permitting. During this time, the centre will close daily at 1pm. Traffic changes will also be in place to allow for repairs to the sealed entrance road between the front gate and the weighbridge.
Lismore City Council has made some changes to how building certification is delivered, with these services now provided by accredited private certifiers. Council will continue to handle Building Information Certificates and external plumbing inspections. Read more on these changes here.
