Conveyancing certificates

Information about a specific property can be sought from Council on request and payment of the relevant fee.

Please be advised the processing times for the following certificates are 10 working days (or as stated in Council's fees and charges), otherwise please pay the urgency fee:

  • Section 10.7 Certificates;
  • Drainage Diagram Application;
  • Onsite Information Enquiry; and
  • Outstanding Orders (Section 735A).
