DA Tracker
Council’s online DA Tracker helps you:
- Track the progress of development applications by searching via application number, type or address;
- View applications currently on public exhibition, as outlined in Lismore City Council’s Community Engagement Strategy; and
- See development applications that have been determined, in line with Clause 97 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021.
Use the buttons below to navigate to the section you’d like to explore.
DA Tracker
Choose this option to open the Tracker, where you can search for applications or use the pre-set menu options.
DA Tracker
To view applications, open the Tracker and search using:
- An application number (e.g. 10.2020.1.1);
- Application type; or
- Address, suburb or lot information.
DAs on exhibition
Visit the DA Tracker to view Development Applications on Public Exhibition.
These have been notified and/or advertised in accordance with the Lismore City Council's Community Engagement Strategy.

The determined applications are published on the DA Tracker to meet the requirements of Clause 97 under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021.

Use the Search function to find applications determined outside the pre-defined menus, such as those older than the past month:
