Lismore Flood Risk Management Plan
The Lismore Floodplain Risk Management Plan is Council's long-term strategy for managing flood risk in urban Lismore. Informed by detailed flood studies and risk assessments, the Plan identifies measures to reduce the impacts of flooding on people, property, infrastructure and the community. The Plan supports informed decision-making for land use planning, flood mitigation, emergency management and community resilience, while addressing existing, future and continuing flood risk.
