Update: Changes to Building Certification Services

Lismore City Council has made some changes to how building certification is delivered, with these services now provided by accredited private certifiers. Council will continue to handle Building Information Certificates and external plumbing inspections. Read more on these changes here.

DRAFT Clunes Master Plan

Council is reviewing community feedback from the consultation period and may amend the draft Master Plan. Councillors will be briefed on the input at an upcoming Tuesday evening session (open to the public, not live-streamed). The date will be posted on the Your Say page and emailed to subscribers.

Disability Inclusion Action Plan 2026-2030

Lismore City Council is seeking community feedback to support development of the third iteration of our Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP) 2026-2030. In line with legislation, the NSW Disability Inclusion Act 2014 requires all Councils in NSW to prepare a new Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP) every four years.
