With 5 hectares of parklands this is another favourite venue for family gatherings and a great place for kids to burn off some excess energy. There’s heaps of swings, slides and picnic shelters, plus a wheelchair-accessible playground featuring a ‘big red bus’.
Wade Park’s big draw card is its road safety playground complete with bike tracks, intersections and road safety signage to replicate a small-scale traffic environment. Pack a picnic, pack your bikes and pack the family off for a great day out.
