Pre-lodgement meetings and advice can help streamline the DA process
Pre-lodgement meetings for large DAs
In order to get a speedy resolution for your development application or building works, a pre-lodgement meeting can help. This is generally for large DAs.
This gives you the chance to talk face-to-face about your proposal and clarify what Council expectations are for the lodgement of your DA. Pre-lodgement meetings can help you avoid delays, unnecessary financial loss and even refusal of an application.
Please complete a pre-lodgement application and submit together with supporting documentation and the relevant fees. Council will then contact you to arrange a suitable appointment time.
