Scope of works

Demolition and replacement.

Construction of a new MLAK-accessible MODUS amenities block adjacent to Lismore Railway Station is now complete.

Serving the South Lismore community and users of the Northern Rivers Rail Trail, the facility features nine cubicles, including two ambulant and one wheelchair accessible. As a nod to the heritage of the location, an historic photograph of the railway station dating from the early 1900s has been printed on both sides of the building.

Jointly funded by the Australian and NSW Governments, this project is part of the Public Amenities Resilience Upgrades program.
