Lismore City Section 7.11 Contributions Plan

This Contributions Plan determines the level of Section 7.11 contributions where anticipated development will or is likely to increase the demand for public facilities.

North Lismore Plateau Section 94 Contributions Plan

This Contributions Plan determines the level of Section 94 contributions to be paid by those developing land at North Lismore Plateau (as determined by the map on page 5 of the plan).

Development Servicing Plans for Water Supply and Wastewater

The Development Servicing Plans for Water Supply and Wastewater detail developer charges for these services and were prepared in accordance with guidelines issued by the NSW Office of Water.

The plans detail charges for development areas utilising a water supply and sewerage infrastructure, in accordance with Section 64 of the Local Government Act 1993.
