Scope of works	New build facility, behind the batting shed

Construction complete, and currently undergoing defect rectification. Preparing for opening mid-May with Far North Coast Baseball.

Additional cleaning was required to restore the site following effects of floodwater during Ex-Cyclone Alfred.

Work on the new toilets.
