Council Meeting Business Papers and Agenda for Committees and Advisory Groups
The Agenda and Business Paper for each monthly Council Meeting (held on the second Tuesday of the month) is published in the table below by close of business (COB) on the Wednesday in the week prior to the monthly meeting. The Business Paper is a report prepared by Council staff that gives consideration to items to be deliberated on by Councillors at the Council Meeting. The outcome of the Council Meeting is reported in the draft Council Meeting minutes which will be published by the COB on the day following the monthly Council Meeting.
In the event that an Extraordinary Meeting is called, the Agenda, Business Paper and Meeting Minutes will also be made available in the table below.
