Report on Community Survey 2007

This document reports on the findings of a survey of resident's satisfaction with Lismore City Council in October-November 2007. A total of 727 residents responded to the survey which was mailed to 3000 households in the local government area (LGA). The survey collected information on nine strategic service areas, level of service usage, opinions about the distribution of rates and views about the community.
